The latest accusation comes from two witnesses who claim that Lindsay clipped a stroller holding a baby while driving her high-poweredMaserati .
The onlookers in Lohan's neighborhood say she accidentally grazed the woman and child after failing to look both ways before turning yesterday.
"There was a woman pushing a kid in the stroller, maybe a two or three-year-old, crossing the street," a witness said, noting, "Lindsay took the red light and hit the stroller. It wasn't super hard, but she made impact and hit them."
"Lindsay pulled to the right, stopped for two seconds, then just kept going."
Video footage taken just moments after the incident occurred does appear to show Lindsay Lohan's luxury Maserati can be seen speeding away.
At the same time, the poor child can be heard crying in the stroller. The woman in the video is seen looking back at Lohan's car in disbelief.
"I'm 100 percent sure Lindsay was driving because I saw her with my own eyes," the witness said. "I asked the kid if she was okay and then asked the woman. She was kind of shocked and didn't really know what to say ... you could tell she was scared."
The witness claims that a hard-charging Lindsay Lohan came out of the garage quickly, making only a pause at the light instead of a full stop.
A second witness says the impact was minimal, so it's possible Lohan didn't realize it happened. Nonetheless, he insists contact was made.
"She was driving like crazy once I started following her," says the individual who tried to tail the actress afterward. "She was trying to lose me, blowing stop signs ... Lindsay was scared because she knew I saw what she did."
Contacted for comment, Lohan, who got pulled over the other night but was not ticketed, said, "I don't know what you're talking about."
